MPH REVIEW OF THE FIVE BITE DIET

This book is just as long as it needs to be... in fact, it could be shorter, it basically explains the basic principles and reasons "why" the five bite diet is the absolute best diet IN THE WORLD. How do I know? because I never even read it... I read bits and parts after I had already lost all of the weight. Let me explain my story in about 2-3 sentences:

I was really fat, over 220 POUNDS, my friend's personal physician is in fact Dr. Lewis. Dr. Lewis tell's him about the diet, he tells me, we both start it. First three days excruciating, no breakfast, no high fat drinks, but it felt good to eat whatever I wanted, even though it was only five bites... I went on the diet for a month and a half straight, with no deviations, and guess what? the weight I tried to get off for years which only resulted in gaining weight, all came off, over forty pounds of it. Let me say this again: THIS TOOK 1 1/2 MONTHS TO LOSE OVER FORTY POUNDS!!! Lets get another thing straight... I went to the gym before the diet, and gained weight... while on the diet, I DID NOT VISIT THE GYM ONCE.

Anybody who puts this diet down, is, in my opinion is [re...bleep...ed]... I don't want to be mean, but seriously, this works, it comes off fast... nobody, I mean, nobody should want to be on this diet forever, get it over and done with... get in get out. it is hard, but so doable... Imagine what it feels like to be THAT MUCH HEALTHIER in such little time...

I understand that many of you reading this will still not agree, but its sad, really sad, because you are probably fat, and will be fat forever, unlike me. There is literally nothing I can say to these people that would ever convince them, so to all of you who hate me now, I really do wish you the best of luck on your weight watchers or whatever other crap diet you will try in your lifetime that will ultimately fail, and probably cause you to get even fatter eventually. In the meantime I will be busy feeling great, being thin, and getting to eat whatever the hell I want and enjoy life, because whenever I gain any weight back (like a pound) I go right back on the diet for a day, and not surprisingly, I'm right back to normal :)

Lots of people say this book is a joke but I found it to be of great help. The Dr. who wrote it makes perfect sense. I've lost 22 pounds in 4 weeks!!

This book is absolutely awesome! There is so much insightful information in here

This book is absolutely awesome! There is so much insightful information in here. There are a lot of tips that will empower you to just eat a small amount of food. Example; A small bite tastes as good as a large bite tastes and subsequent bites add nothing to your experience.
As others have already mentioned the basic strategy of the diet, I won't bore you with a re-hash.
I did this diet for 3 weeks and lost 19 lbs.
I'm starting again and will continue until I hit my goal weight of 200lbs.(55 more lbs.)
I don't understand people who complain about the brevity of the book. It has just enough information and the price is fine with me.
I would pay ten time this price for the information he has provided and so would every other knucklehead who said the book was too expensive. LOL

Now I will say that if you follow his advice you WILL lose weight.

It will be hard for 3-4 days then it is not really that difficult.

The reason you are searching for these type of books is because you are most likely overweight. You have bombarded your stomach with way too much food for years and now it is time to pay the piper.

You can follow his advice and eat 5 bites of food in a couple of minutes and then watch everyone else stuff their face. You will probably feel empowered.

Now eating a meal for 30 minutes and sampling all kinds of delicious food is one of my favorite things to do. I love it!!! But I had to change my mindset. This book is the equivalent of telling you to go to Six Flags and riding on 2 rides and then go home. Not a lot of fun, but the payoff is awesome.

Change your mindset and enjoy your new body.
